The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture is underway in Parktown, Johannesburg.

Former Government Communication and Information System head Themba Maseko is back in the witness stand at the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture.

He is expected to reveal further crucial evidence in his meeting with Ajay Gupta back in 2010 in Saxonwold.

Maseko is the fourth witness to appear before the commission in Parktown, Johannesburg, after former deputy finance minister, Mcebisi Jonas and former ANC member of Parliament Vytjie Mentor.
