Former ANC member of Parliament Vytjie Mentor has described the release of the terms of reference for the Commission of Inquiry into alleged state capture as a step in the right direction.
The terms of reference was published in the government gazette on Thursday.
The Gupta family allegedly offered Mentor, along with former Deputy Finance Minister Mcebisi Jonas, a Cabinet position.
Mentor, who is one of President Jacob Zuma’s fiercest critics, has welcomed the release of the terms of reference.
