Vha-Venda King Toni Mphephu Ramabulana has welcomed the ANC top six officials at Ndzhelele outside Thohoyandou in Limpopo.
The top Six are being led by the party president Cyril Ramaphosa.
The visit is part of the party’s ongoing engagements with various community structures and organisations after its December elective conference.
One of the senior traditional leaders Nthumeni Masia says although they have service delivery concerns, they will not raise them with the top ANC officials now because of the nature of the visit.
“This is a courtesy visit by the ANC top six to his majesty the King. We will welcome them warmly and congratulate them,” says Masia.
The entourage is expected to proceed to Malamulele in the Collins Chabane municipal area to also interact with traditional leaders there.
On Sunday, the top 6 will meet the Bolobedu Royal house outside Tzaneen and the Bapedi King in Sekhukhune respectively.
