Reading Time: < 1 minute

Two more people are due to appear in the Durban Magistrates Court in connection with the violence that broke out when Kaizer Chiefs lost 2-0 a Nedbank Cup semi-final match to Free State Stars at the Moses Mabhida Stadium last month.

Eighteen people were injured and millions of rands worth of damage was done when a large group of spectators invaded the pitch.

Two new suspects, one a school pupil and the other a gardener handed themselves over to police on Monday after the police circulated the pictures of 16 people that they were seeking.

Three men who were arrested earlier told the court that they would plead guilty last week.
