Two changes for Cheetahs ahead of Pro 14 clash against Munster

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The Toyota Cheetahs will look to continue their winning start on Friday against Munster Rugby in the Guinness Pro 14 campaign at Free State Stadium.

Coach Franco Smith has made only two changes to his winning side.

Luan de Bruin returns from injury and replaces Erich de Jager in the front. In the centre Louis Fouche comes in to replace injured Dries Swanepoel.

Smith will finally hand over the coaching reins to Hawies Fourie after Friday’s match. He hopes to go out with a win.

The Cheetahs are unbeaten after two games in the Pro 14 and top the log.

Munster are coached by Johann van Graan a former Springboks forward coach from 2012 to 2017.

The Cheetahs are yet to defeat Munster after four previous encounters.

Cheetahs Captain Tian Meyer says their confidence is up after a promising start. – Report by Tshenolo Meruti
