Senzo Meyiwa was killed on October 26, 2014, at his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo's house in Vosloorus.

Renowned musician, Sello “Chicco” Twala has rubbished claims that his son was involved in the death of former Bafana Bafana player, Senzo Meyiwa.

Twala has also rubbished claims that his gun was used to kill Meyiwa.

Speaking to the SABC, Twala responded to the allegations which were made by Meyiwa’s father during an interview on SABC radio station Metro FM.

Meyiwa alleged that one of the men who was with his son when he was murdered was the one who shot and killed him, not robbers.

He said Twala’s son Longwe was part of that group.

Twala says if he suspected that his son killed Senzo, he would have turned him into the police himself.

Meyiwa was shot and killed in October 2014.
