Tshepisong serial rapist sentenced to 15 life terms behind bars

The man dubbed the Tshepisong serial rapist, who terrorised the community west of Johannesburg, has been sentenced to 15 life terms and over 100 years in prison.

Kito Malubele was sentenced in the High Court in Johannesburg on Wednesday after he was found guilty on 61 charges including rape, kidnapping and armed robbery.

He would attack women at knife point before robbing and raping them.

Spokesperson of the Kagiso police on the Westrand, Solomon Sibiya says, “All the twelve victims were in court and were very happy about the sentence. We as Kagiso police we are very happy about the sentencing and that finally he got what he deserves.”
