Muzikayise Malephane, the man accused of murdering pregnant 28-year-old Tshegofatso Pule, is back in court on Wednesday morning.

Malephane was arrested while travelling back to Gauteng from Mpumalanga.

He has been charged with premeditated murder.

Pule was found dead in an open veld in Durban Deep in Roodepoort in June hanging from a tree and with a stab wound to her chest.

She was eight months pregnant at the time.

In October, the case was postponed to November.

A few months ago, President Cyril Ramaphosa introduced three key Bills aimed at fighting GBV.
