It’s been over a week since nearly 800 000 matriculants began their final exams. Education specialists say anxiety over this period could either break or make a learner. However, with a few tricks, it could easily be stress free.
Director of Step up Education Centres, Cindy Glass says that there is one major fear for all of the matrics and that is failure.
“Many matrics go in an exam with an expectation to fail and that creates anxiety, fear, worry and stress which slows down the learning and doesn’t add to it in anyway whatsoever.”
