National Treasury has announced that it received the draft forensic report on the alleged irregularities in the awarding by Eskom of a coal contract to Tageta and in Transnet procurement of locomotives from China South Rail.
The report has been given to the relevant parties for comment and have been given two weeks to respond. The report will be made public once all the comments have been received.
