The South African Traditional Leaders Awards (SATLA) will be launched in Mpumalanga on Thursday night to celebrate the critical role that traditional leaders play in embodying the preservation of culture, traditions, customs and values.
Mpumalanga Congress of Traditional Leaders of South Africa (Contralesa) chairperson, Inkosi Siphosezwe Mahlangu, says in the rural areas traditional leaders are still the hope for the communities in terms of developments and bringing justices.
