The pair have been behind bars for over two years with their case being postponed over thirty times.

Terror accused twins Brandon Lee and Tony Lee Thulsie’s pre-trial proceedings are still not complete.

The brothers were arrested in July 2016 with 13 counts relating to terrorism as well as fraud.

They were allegedly plotting a series of attacks on behalf of the ISIS terrorist group against Jewish targets and the embassy of the USA.

The pair have been behind bars for over two years  with their case being postponed over 30 times.

The state was awaiting information from foreign agencies and the extensive digital material also added to delays.

The twins are expected to return to court on the 5th December.
