As minister of Finance Pravin Gordhan prepares to what is termed the tightest budget yet, Gordhan is expected to tackle the global economic gloom and the possibility of a sovereign credit downgrade, these are just some of the problems the Minister is expected to deal with in his budget speech on Wednesday.
