Striking Gautrain workers have rejected a new three year wage deal offered by the Bombela Operating Company.
The United National Transport Union says Gautrain management has gone to court to interdict the striking workers.
Gautrain is expected to continue with limited services on Tuesday as workers affiliated to the UNTU continue their strike.
Nehawu at the University of Fort Hare in the Eastern Cape say they are willing to meet with the management of the institution in an attempt to put an end to a month long wage strike.
The Communication Workers Union in KwaZulu-Natal says it is ready for the strike which will start at Telkom and the South African Post Office on Friday.
