Police Minister Bheki Cele has revealed graphic details leading to the murder of  Uyinene Mrwetyana. Cele was speaking at the funeral service of the slain 19-year-old University of Cape Town student which took place at the Abbotsford Christian Centre in East London in the Eastern Cape.
