White House to host meeting with US tech executives on Huawei ban

White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow will host a meeting with semiconductor and software executives on Monday to discuss the US ban on sales to China’s Huawei Technologies Co Ltd, two sources briefed on the meeting said on Friday.

Huawei, Google discuss how to deal with US ban

Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei on Tuesday said the company was discussing with Google how to deal with a US ban on companies selling or transferring US technology to Huawei.
