Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) Legal Risk Executive, Martha Ngoye is continuing to outline the situation at the state-owned enterprise before the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
The commission hears Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) related testimony from the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Autopax, Tiro Holele.
An unidentified witness, referred to only as “Mr Y” will continue testifying on the State Security Agency and aviation at the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture in Johannesburg on Thursday.
The State Capture Inquiry continues with testimony from Mr X.
The State Capture Commission will resume hearings at Parktown in Johannesburg on Monday morning with evidence expected from Thalente Myeni who is the son of former SAA board chair, Dudu Myeni.
