ANC Councillor in KwaZulu-Natal killed at his home, motive unknown

An African National Congress (ANC) Councillor from the Mtubatuba Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal has been shot and killed at his home in Mvuyana village, near St Lucia, on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast.
