Former Eskom chair Zola Tsotsi has confirmed to the State Capture Commission that he first met the Gupta brothers at the home of former Public Enterprises Minister Lynne Brown.
The National Assembly has passed a resolution with more than 200 votes in favour of Kholeka Gcaleka to be appointed as Deputy Public Protector.
The National Assembly is on Wednesday morning expected to consider the Justice and Correctional Services Committee report which recommends that Kholeka Gcaleka be appointed the deputy public protector.
Parliament’s Justice Committee will officially nominate Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka to become the next deputy Public Protector.
