Peter Pedlar has since been appointed as Acting Secretary for the State Capture Inquiry. The Commission says he will act in the position from Tuesday until February 28 according to a released statement.

Former Chief Operations Officer of Bosasa Angelo Agrizzi has confirmed that the facilities and management company made several payments to Parliamentary officials including Vincent Smith. Agrizzi is testifying before the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture which is currently under way in Parktown, Johannesburg.
