Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) and the DA have called on all South Africans to join a march against the high fuel price on July 31 in Pretoria.

DA leader Mmusi Maimane says the fuel price affects all South Africans, especially the poorest of the poor.

He says South Africa has the highest fuel price in the SADC region adding that government is using the fuel levy to keep the Road Accident Fund afloat.

Addressing the media in Pretoria,  Maimane says they are drawing up a memorandum asking for a 20 % reduction in the fuel price.
