South Africa’s confirmed coronavirus cases have jumped to 657 627 with 2 055 new cases identified in the last 24 hours.
The Health Department has also reported a further 85 COVID-19 related deaths, bringing the death toll to 15 857.
The number of recoveries is at 586 844 translating to a 89.2% recovery rate.
