Slow vote counting progress in the Metros, some not yet past 50% mark

With 73% of all national voting districts having been declared, the same cannot be said for the Metros.

With 73% of all national voting districts having been declared, the same cannot be said for the Metros. Some metros have not yet reached the halfway mark. Here are some of the metro results:

Nelson Mandela Bay is at 38% counted with the ANC at 40.81%, the DA at 38.93% and the EFF 7.29%.
Buffalo City is 77% counted with the ANC at 66.73%, the DA 18.17% and the EFF 11.84%.
Mangaung is at 33% counted giving the ANC  45.05% of the vote, the DA 31.11% and the EFF 9.43%.
In Ethekwini, 36% of the vote has been counted, giving the ANC 42.52%, the DA 27.05% and the EFF 10.12%.
In the City of Johannesburg, 63% of the vote has been counted, giving the ANC 30.94%, the DA 29.71  and Action SA 16.08%.
