The Sharks produced a compelling display against the Rebels last weekend, with the forwards dominating and their backs finishing of five tries in Melbourne.

The Sharks are targeting a successful end to their tour of Australasia, but the Reds stand in their way of achieving that this weekend.

They produced a compelling display against the Rebels last weekend, with the forwards dominating and their backs finishing of five tries in Melbourne.

Springbok prop, Thomas du Toit was quick to praise the front row for laying the groundwork against the Rebels.

New recruit Ox Nche has slotted in seamlessly alongside Du Toit and Kerron Van Vuuren.

Du Toit says there is more to come from them.

The Reds may have only claimed their first win of the competition last weekend but their 10-try hammering of the Sunwolves means they will be brimming with confidence.

Du Toit has noted the strength of their pack and believes it will be a timely challenge for the Sharks.

With three wins from four, the Sharks are gaining serious momentum. Victory at the weekend will further entrench their status as dark horses for the title.

Du Toit says, however, that their focus is not on the result in Queensland, but rather what type of performance they can produce against the Aussie franchise.
