South Africa has recorded 130 COVID-19 related deaths in the past 24 hours.
The Health Department reports on Tuesday that 20 more people have died in the Eastern Cape, 35 from Gauteng, 30 from KwaZulu-Natal, 20 in the North West and 25 from the Western Cape.
This brings the total death toll to 10 751.
Meanwhile, the total number of confirmed positive cases in the country stands at 566 109.
The total number of tests conducted to date is 3 278 977.
426 125 people have recovered from the virus in South Africa with a recovery rate of 75%.
