The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture has resumed in Parktown, Johannesburg, with the former National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) head, Mxolisi Nxasana, returning to the witness stand.
SABC management is also expected to testify on Monday. It includes the Chairperson of the Board at the public broadcaster, Bongumusa Makhatini, CEO Madoda Mxakwe and the Head of News Phathiswa Magopeni.
The SABC is seeking a R3.2 billion bailout from government as it battles to recover from years of maladministration and corruption.
