The South African Weather Service has issued a warning for severe weather conditions over parts of the Western Cape this weekend.
Provincial Local Government Minister, Anton Bredell, says a cold front is expected to make landfall on Friday evening, bringing heavy downpours across the province on Saturday and Sunday.

He says the bulk of the rain is expected in the Overberg, Cape Agulhas and Swellendam areas.
Four people were killed when heavy rains lashed the region last week.
