SA to head Coca-Cola operations in the East and central Africa region

South African national, Phillipine Mtikitiki has been appointed to head Coca-Cola Central, East & West Africa Ltd.

In her new role as General Manager, based in Nairobi, Kenya, Phillipine will be responsible for developing and managing the business strategy across East & Central Africa region.

Prior to her appointment, Phillipine was a Region Franchise Manager for Southern & East Africa Business Unit (SEABU), leading and executing the business strategy across Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia.

She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Honours in Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

She takes over from Ahmed Rady who has been appointed as General Manager, Egypt, effective 1st June 2019. He will be based in Cairo, Egypt.
