Ronwen Williams aims to cement his position as Bafana’s No. 1 keeper

Reading Time: < 1 minute

SuperSport United’s Ronwen Williams is hoping to consolidate his position as Bafana Bafana’s No. 1 goalkeeper.

The 27-year-old was the national team’s preferred goalkeeper at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt under former coach Stuart Baxter.

The new Bafana coach Molefi Ntseki seems to prefer him as the number one goal minder.

The Port Elizabeth-born keeper has played more than 300 games for his team, conceding only 117 goals.

He has been with the team for 19 years having joined when he was only 12-years-old. He says that there is still a lot to achieve.
