Right2Know condemns legal action against Pauw

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Advocacy group, Right2Know Campaign has described the threats of legal action against veteran journalist Jacques Pauw by the State Security Agency and the South African Revenue Service as crude acts of censorship.

This after the agency sent a cease and desists letter to NB Publishers demanding that it withdraw veteran journalist Pauw’s book: “The President’s Keepers” from circulation.

The book details allegations of bogus spies receiving millions of rand in taxpayers’ money and President Jacob Zuma’s alleged failure to declare a so-called million-rand a monthly “salary” from a businessman.
