The Gauteng Health department says it will release the test results it conducted on the water around Greater Hammanskraal, north of Pretoria, after reports of suspected cholera outbreak in the area.
Water tankers have been dispatched to ensure continuous supply of drinking water to the affected residents.
Department spokesperson Selby Bokaba says so far, they haven’t received any reports of patients suffering from cholera.
