Ramaphosa’s cabinet is a compromised reshuffle: UDM

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The United Democratic Alliance says the new Cabinet appointed by President Cyril Ramaphosa is the regurgitation of the old Cabinet ministers who are not bringing hope to the work of government.

UDM leader Bantu Holomisa says his party does not give any blessings to the new Cabinet.

“There is no doubt in everybody’s mind that this reshuffling is nothing else but a compromised reshuffling Cabinet, recycling of the old Cabinet ministers who are tired with the same baggage. The so called Ramaphosa consultation has utterly compromised him especially when he said this the new era. You can’t justify the appointment of people like Bathabile Dlamini as well as that boy that was the Minister of Finance…what is his name? Malusi Gigaba. The real architects of State capture. Sorry. We reject this reshuffling. I am sorry.”
