In a one on one interview with SABC’s Peter Ndoro – Ramaphosa aired his views on the race for the top ANC job, the upcoming conference, slates, organisational renewal, state capture, Gupta emails, accountability, the Steinhoff scandal and the rule of law, amongst others.

He insists that ANC members are all focused on coming out with the policies that are going to guide the work of the South African government for the next five years.

Ramaphosa says he is not worried but very confident that they will have good, successful and dignified conference, that will take place from Saturday, in Nasrec south of Johannesburg.

“This conference we’re going to ensure that the ANC emerges out of the conference united, renewed and stronger than what it was in the past five years,” says the presidential hopeful.
