The African National Congress (ANC) says all provinces have until the end of business on Thursday to submit names of members facing criminal charges.

This is in keeping with the governing party’s step-aside resolution.

It also instructed the office of the secretary to inform members in all provinces.

In March, the NEC instructed those affected to step down within 30 days or face suspension.

The party’s Secretary-General Ace Magashule is among the members that have been asked to step aside pending the finalisation of their cases.
