One of those injured in Tuesday’s plane crash at Kameeldrift, outside Pretoria, has died in hospital, bringing the death toll to two.
Flight engineer Christo Barnard died at the crash site, while 18 people on the plane and two on the ground were injured.
Head of aircraft accident and incident investigation at the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Peter Mashaba says a preliminary report on the cause of the accident will be released within 30 days.
Mashaba says some of the injured passengers were from other countries. “On board were 3 Australians, 3 from the Netherlands and the rest were local.”
