Constitutional Law expert Professor Pierre De Vos says political processes will determine whether President Jacob Zuma is impeached or not.
He says Members of Parliament (MPs) are tasked with providing a legal procedure to be followed. This should determine whether there should be impeachment or not.
Last month, the Constitutional Court found that the National Assembly had failed to put in place procedures and processes to impeach Zuma after he was found to have failed to uphold the Constitution regarding non-security upgrades at his home in Nkandla.
The court ordered Parliament to do so without delay.
De Vos says it will still be up to members of Parliament to determine in a political process whether there should be impeachment.
