A gang of robbers have made off with an undisclosed amount of cash after a heist in Wonder Park, north of Pretoria Saturday morning.
Police say the robbers attacked and petrol- bombed a cash-in-transit vehicle. No one has been arrested.
Gauteng police spokesperson, Kay Makhubele says: “There were two vehicles and one of the drivers was shot in the leg.”
Makhubele says the police are investigating a case of armed robbery.
“We are calling on anyone with information to call the police,” says Makhubele.
