Police are investigating a case of murder following the fatal shooting of an African National Congress (ANC) Councillor in eThekwini Municipality, in KwaZulu-Natal, on Saturday.
Councillor Minenhle Mkhize was gunned down at his home in Clifdale, west of Durban, on Saturday night.
Municipal Speaker Thabani Nyawose and other councillors are on Sunday visiting the home of the deceased.
