Orlando Pirates coach, Josef Zinnbauer believes the experience of coaching in Africa, he’s gained since his arrival in the country and the pre-season he has had with his team, will both make it better prepared for the upcoming season.
Despite leading Pirates to its first trophy last season with the team winning the MTN8 competition, there are some in the club who have been calling for his head with possible replacements named.
Pirates start the defence of their MTN8 title with a quarter-final clash against Moroka Swallows on Saturday at the Orlando stadium.

Zinnbauer says he understands’ fans unhappiness over the brand of football it plays under him and its failure to win the league title.
He says the upcoming season will be much better.
