Maimane and DA Federal Chairperson Athol Trollip, were visiting community members at the local hall, that is now a home for over a hundred people who have been displaced by last week’s floods.
The floods that ravaged parts of KwaZulu-Natal killed over 60 people and left over 1000 displaced.
Maimane says parties should put aside their differences and unite in helping those who have been affected by the floods.
