An agreement finally reached to place Narius Moloto as president and Mzwanele Nyhotso as his deputy.

The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania’s (PAC) Narius Moloto is addressing the Cape Town Press Club on Monday about the party’s relevance and its policy ahead of the 2019 national elections.

The PAC has in recent years been beset by infighting for the leadership of Robert Sobukwe’s party.

Mzwanele Nyhontso was declared the party’s new president in December at an elective conference held in Kimberly in the Northern Cape.

But earlier in March, supporters of Moloto challenged the outcome in the Pretoria High Court.

An agreement was finally reached that placed Moloto as president and Nyhotso as his deputy.

This made it possible for the IEC to register the party for the upcoming elections.
