Pan Africanist Congress of Azania’s (PAC) NEC Member, Julia Wilson says they are unhappy about the discovery of a pack of three unused, un-assembled ballot boxes on the side of a road in Tzaneen, Limpopo.
The Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) says it has investigated the incident and found that the boxes were lost off the back of a vehicle during transport to a voting station.
Special votes took place throughout the country on Monday and Tuesday.
Speaking to SABC Digital News at National Results Centre, Wilson says she welcomes the suspension of the IEC official involved.
