Otaegui, Wallace share lead in China Open

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Spain’s Adrian Otaegui joined Matt Wallace of England on 12 under at the top of the leader board after the third round of the European Tour’s China Open in Beijing.

The pair share a one stroke lead, however there are no less than 18 players within three shots of the leaders going into Sunday’s final round.

Wallace entered Saturday with a one-shot lead and a 69 moved him to 12 under, while Otaegui made five birdies in a row from the eighth in a bogey-free 67.

That run saw the Spaniard shoot up four places on the leader board to share the lead.

Another Spaniard, Jorge Campillo is at 11 under alongside Swede Alexander Björk and Frenchman Julien Guerrier.

However, with it being so tight at the top, it’s all to play for going into Sunday.
