The South African story that made headlines across the world for most of 2014 is not over just yet.
Though Paralympian Oscar Pistorius was sentenced to five years in prison in October 2014, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Nathi Mncube says there was an error in the paralympian Oscar Pistorius’ conviction and sentence.
The State has been granted permission to appeal both the conviction and sentence in the Pistorius trial.
