A second half goal by Musa Nyatama, a former Celtic player, sealed a 1-nil win for the Buccaneers against the rejuvenated Phunya Selesele.

Orlando Pirates coach Milutin Sredojevic has commended the fighting spirit displayed by his charges during their slender Absa Premiership victory against Bloemfontein Celtic at the Dr Rantlai Petrus Molemela Stadium.

A second half goal by Musa Nyatama, a former Celtic player, sealed a 1-nil win for the Buccaneers against the rejuvenated Phunya Selesele.

It was Pirates’ first league win after six matches and the Bucaneers have moved from eighth to second position on the log

Sredojevic says the result will boost the club’s morale.

Meanwhile, Celtic’s Serbian coach Prof Veselin Jelusic – whose side’s eyes are intently fixed on the Telkom Knockout final, says Orlando Pirates were tactically superior.
