The month of November is recognised and celebrated across the globe as Men’s Month. To highlight daily challenges faced by men, the Growing Up without a Father South African Foundation will host an event where men will have an opportunity to break their silence regarding issues they wish to raise.
The event is called No More Excuses Men’s Conference. Organisers are trying to create awareness around emotional, financial and psychological issues men face; … and ‘safe places’ to discuss these issues.
Charley Pietersen, CEO and Founder of the Growing Up without a Father South African Foundation as well as Advocate Leslie Sedibe who will discuss depression at the conference spoke more on Morning Live about the conference.
