Nigerian pastor, Timothy Omotoso is set to return to the Port Elizabeth magistrate’s court on Monday, for a possible high court date.

The leader of the Jesus Dominon International church remains in custody, as two attempts for bail have failed due to the nature of the charges.

He faces a total of 48 charges including sexual assault, human trafficking, rape and an additional five charges relating to the contravention of the Immigration Act.

The state believes he’s a flight risk.

The Hawks have also arrested two women for allegedly recruiting young girls to a house in Umhlanga, north of Durban for sexual exploitation.

They’re both out on bail.
