Former President Jacob Zuma has described former Zimbabwean President, Robert Mugabe, as a principled leader who understood the importance of liberation.
This as African leaders are gathering in Zimbabwe’s capital, Harare as the country prepares for Mugabe’s funeral service.
More than a dozen current and former leaders, including President Cyril Ramaphosa, are due to attend. On Friday night there was a memorial service at the Mugabe home in Blue Roof.
Zuma visited the Mugabe home in Harare on Friday night.
