Four people have been killed and four others injured when a bakkie collided with a bus on the N4 toll road between Hectorspruit and Malalane in Mpumalanga.
All the deceased were passengers of the bakkie, including the driver.
Department of Safety spokesperson Moeti Mmusi says the bakkie was travelling from Hectorspruit towards Malalane while the bus was travelling in the opposite direction.
Mmusi says one lane is open for traffic and has urged motorists to drive with caution.
He says an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
