Hlaudi Motsoeneng will visit different churches this Easter weekend as part of his campaign trail.

The leader of African Content Movement (ACM),  Hlaudi Motsoeneng has received a warm welcome at the African Methodist Episcopal Church in Thaba ‘Nchu, east of Bloemfontein.

He is expected to address the congregation and speak about the ACM’s implementation plan ahead of the general elections.

Members of the African Methodist Episcopal Church say they don’t see anything wrong with politicians visiting their church.

They say the church has played an important role in the liberation of the country.

Congregation member says:”We are very excited and proud and we are happy to have a politician coming to our church.”

A second congregation member says: “We feel proud to have Hlaudi Motsoeneng as a politician in our church because of the history of the church. We are one of the churches that fought for freedom of the people.”

The ACM leader will visit different churches this Easter weekend as part of his campaign trail.
